We are using Anpost as our main delivery company.
We do normal delivery which takes longer time to deliver and no verification is taken on the time of delivery so if you are willing to take a risk it is up to you. Registered post are more secure then the normal delivery as verification is needed on the time of delivery. We provide a tracking number as well so that you can track your order online. Express post are for customers who need the items faster or next day. It depends upon the country where the items are being shipped. We do next day guaranteed shipping to Ireland also. They all include tracking number and verification as well.
We usually dispatch the item 3-5 working days after the order is processed. You will receive an order confirmation email. The transit times vary from the destination, it usually takes 2-5 working days in EU and 10-14 working days to rest of the world. If you are using a tracked service you can use the tracking number to see the shipment by yourself. We will be sending all the needed information to your email once we have shipped the items.
We usually dispatch the orders within 3-5 working days after the successful payment. If the order has not been dispatched yet then you can email the customer support so that we can edit the shipping address for you. If the order is already dispatched we can do nothing after that.
The custom charges and tax vary upon the total value of the item you have purchased from us, there may be customs or import duties and it varies country to country. If the parcel is charged the person receiving is responsible to pay the duty charges. - If we are not able to full fill the items that you have ordered which is most unlikely to happen.
- We will send an email to you if the above conditions are matched. And will fully refund to you if you have made the payment with us.
If you have ordered the incorrect item or wrong size and the item has not been dispatched then you can contact the support as soon as possible so that we can send you the right one.
